Upon analyzing the trace, we observed the following:

1. The system reloads data and performs all validations and refreshes during the action.
2. It executes all Genmaps, even when they are not defined for the 'Approve' action.
3. All configured FastReports are triggered, possibly due to email attachments set for the approver.

Given this behavior, we request a solution to optimize the approval process on the web—either by streamlining the current action or introducing a background processing mechanism similar to the desktop experience to improve user experience.

As part of Axpert POS Fix 5, the following enhancement is requested: Upon scanning the barcode, if the item has multiple sales units, Axpert POS should prompt the user with a popup to select the desired unit. Once the user selects the unit, all relevant item details should auto-populate accordingly. This functionality should be configurable using the application variable m_pos_unitselection (T/F) to allow flexibility based on the business requirement.

From the ‘Transfer Process New’ screen, when clicking on the ‘Proposal Detail’ button, the Iview ('Proposal Based Employee List') opens in a popup. This report includes a hyperlink on the Employee Name, which is intended to load the corresponding data into the ‘Transfer Process New’ form. But when the report is opened in a popup, clicking the hyperlink does not load the data into the form. Also when the report is accessed outside the popup, the data loads correctly as expected. In both scenarios, the log file captures the expected values, indicating that the backend process is triggered correctly, but the UI does not reflect the data when using the popup. Please find the log file and relevant screenshots below for your reference.
