Word document print in the form is not working in web(Axpert 10.8)

Issue: Print as word is opening a document without param values.

User login expiry date is updated to 01/12/2021, but the stock request was raised after that date.
Stock Request is auto-approved & workflow status is displayed as Orphan
File name exists – Saving in a folder in Grid dc the file is uploaded but on a load of the record unable to preview the attachment.
