It appears that there may be an issue with the OpenSSL library, either due to its absence or an incompatible version being loaded.
To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
1.Download the appropriate OpenSSL DLL
64-bit OpenSSL DLL:
openssl-1.0.2o-x64-VC2017_64Bit.zip
32-bit OpenSSL DLL:
openssl-1.0.2o-x32-VC2017_32Bit.zip
2.Paste the downloaded OpenSSL DLL into the following locations:
For desktop: Axpert ROOT folder
For web: Script folder and Windows system folders (System32 and SysWOW64)
3.Once the DLL is placed, please restart the IIS server.
4. After restarting, verify if the email issue has been resolved and kindly inform me of the result.
In case any SSL-related issue arises in Axpert WEB, please ensure that the OpenSSL DLLs are placed in the Windows system folders (C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64). The system will automatically look for the required supporting files in these folders.
