Go to IIS Manager à AxpertDeveloperScriptsàclick on ISAPI and CGI restrictionsà right click and open feature àAdd ISAPI and CGI Restriction.

Select the ASBThinclient DLL file from the browse option depicted by an ellipsis (…), give an appropriate description, and click on OK. Once the restriction is included refresh the screen.
