Navigation from RUN to DEV site through Develop option is not working

If navigation from RUN to DEV site through Develop option is not working, then make sure the axpertdeveloper key value is mentioned or not.

axpertweb -> web.config -> <add key="axpertdeveloper" value="http://localhost/AxpertDeveloper/"/>
