Issue: In Web Project, we frequently get an error message stating "Oops there seems to be some problem. Please try later" instead of actual problem (ALM not running)
Solution:
Oops message, is a custom and generic error page to avoid showing irrelevant messages to the end-user.
As an admin, you can always switch custom errors through the web. config to see the actual error
