The latest Axpert 10.9 executable (64-bit with Fix 9) is causing random access violation errors, and users are unable to close the application normally. They have to terminate it through the Task Manager.

To help us isolate the issue, we kindly request you to run both the old and the new executables and confirm whether the issue occurs only with the new executable. This will assist us in narrowing down the root cause effectively.
