[Solved] Corrupted Axpert One Desktop License

The Axpert One Desktop license has automatically become corrupted on one PC. I've attached the necessary documents for your reference. Please investigate this issue as a priority and update us accordingly.

Please verify that the date format is set to dd/mm/yyyy and make the necessary changes if needed.

The date format has been changed from DD-MM-YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY, but the error persists: "Axpert License Corrupted" and activation with both the key and evaluation is still not possible.

Please verify that the region format is set to United Kingdom and ensure that the beta version is unchecked under Region Settings -> Administrative -> System Locale. Additionally, try using the working folder .exe for activation. If you continue to experience issues, please share your AnyDesk or UltraViewer ID for further assistance.

The region format has been successfully changed to United Kingdom, and the license is now activated, allowing you to log into the application without any issues.
