Attached is a screenshot for reference. In the Axpert 10.9 Desktop version, both the "Export to Excel" and "Import from Excel" options are available. However, in the web version, the "Import from Excel" option is missing, leaving only the "Export to Excel" feature visible.
It appears you are using Wizard DC. Could you try switching to the default DC and check if the import option is available?
Attached is a screenshot showing that the Default DC also does not display the Import option.
Upon verification in the grid, we confirmed that the Import option is available only in the desktop version and not in the web version. This behavior is part of the default functionality.
