[Solved] Unable to View More Than 1002 Lines in Axpert

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to view more than 1002 lines in Axpert 10.9 web. Please refer to the attached image for reference. Could you please provide guidance or a solution on how to view more lines?

It appears that the transaction contains only 1002 records. Could you kindly verify in the backend to confirm if there are more than 1002 records in the transaction?

I have connected and discussed the issue. It was caused by a load issue. After setting up the page navigation, all records are now visible on the web.
