[Solved] Error in Browser Login (Axpert Version 10.9)

When logging in through browser mode, we encounter an error message stating, "Please try later." However, it functions correctly in desktop mode. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference. Could you please provide a solution?

The issue appears to be related to the OCI file, likely due to a bit mismatch. Please install the appropriate version—for instance, if Axpert is 32-bit, Oracle should also be 32-bit. Additionally, ensure that the Oracle client path is added to the environmental variables. Attached is the necessary screenshot for your reference.
