After customers export data from the TStruct grid, the captions are not visible in the Excel sheet. we checked this scenario in our dev and local instance, it comes with header ID but no caption.
Note: When exporting the data, users are prompted to choose whether they want to include header IDs by clicking "yes" or "no". Even if they select "yes", the sheet is generated without the header IDs.
