Encountering an error "Access violation at address 218D12DF in module 'ASBDefine.dll'. Read of address 000000DB"while while accessing particular screens. This issue is occurring web, while the desktop version seems to be functioning properly. Despite trying to resolve the issue by updating the dll and applying patches till release 6 the problem persists. Further debugging from the code is required to obtain more information. Please find the below word file with the screenshot and trace file attached for your reference.
