Following our upgrade from Axpert 10.9 Desktop to 11.3 Web, we are experiencing issues with the Excel export function in certain Iviews.
Issue Details:
When selecting the Excel export option from the utility icon, an unexpected confirmation popup appears. After clicking "OK," an error message is shown: "There was an error, please try again." This problem seems isolated to specific Iviews. The same schema functioned correctly with the Excel export in the previous 9.x Web version.
