Issue with Excel Export Function in Axpert 11.3 Web After Upgrade

Following our upgrade from Axpert 10.9 Desktop to 11.3 Web, we are experiencing issues with the Excel export function in certain Iviews.

Issue Details:
When selecting the Excel export option from the utility icon, an unexpected confirmation popup appears. After clicking "OK," an error message is shown: "There was an error, please try again." This problem seems isolated to specific Iviews. The same schema functioned correctly with the Excel export in the previous 9.x Web version.

For diagnosis, I have attached relevant screenshots and trace files:

  1. Loading the Iview
  2. Clicking the Excel option under the utility icon
  3. After clicking "OK"
  4. Trace Files

We would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.

Could you please confirm if the instance has ARM set up? If not, please proceed with the ARM setup and inform me once it's complete

The ARM setup was completed today, although it was not previously configured. Despite this, the issue persists. Please advise if additional actions are needed.
