Issue with "Forgot Password" Screen

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with the "Forgot Password" screen on the MPSUPPORT portal, which currently appears to be non-functional. I am unable to reset the password due to the following reasons:

1. The email field is not being fetched from the user table and remains read-only.
2. Upon inspecting via developer tools, I was unable to locate the relevant struct.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue at the earliest? Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly verify whether the email ID is available for both the admin and the user you are attempting to log in with.

I have verified that both the admin and the user for whom I want to reset the password have an assigned email. However, the Axpert Configuration screen does not contain any mail setting information. Could this be the cause of the issue?

Please verify the email ID in the User Management section. If it is not assigned, kindly assign it and check again.
