We are currently using Axpert Version 10.9.1.1_release4 and encountering issues with capturing latitude and longitude data in the Hybrid APK. Here are the details:

Case 1:
We have set up fields for longitude and latitude with the data type as character (30 size) and attempted to enter data using the Hybrid APK. However, the data is not being captured. Since our primary users are distributors and sales representatives who rely on the Hybrid APK for reporting, we need guidance on resolving this issue.

Case 2:
In contrast, at a different customer site using Axpert Version 10.8 with the native APK, data capture for latitude and longitude is functioning correctly. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide to address the discrepancies between the two versions.

Ensure that a field named "axp_latlong" is present. If it is not already created, please advise them to add it. Should the issue persist even after adding the field.

Following your instructions, I added and saved the fields below using the Hybrid APK, but the values were not captured:

AXP_LATITUDE (CHARACTER 30)
AXP_LONGITUDE (CHARACTER 30)
AXP_LATLONG (CHARACTER 30)
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Could you please install the latest version of the Hybrid app from the Play Store and test the scenario?

To fetch location data in Tstruct/Form, please include the following fields:

latitude
longitude
axp_latlong

Ensure the field names match the ones listed above (preferably in lowercase). You may set the field captions as desired.
