In the web version 9.7, users encounter issues within the pricing log grid, particularly when adding values and navigating to the next column or adding a new row, resulting in loading failures. The migration to version 11.3 is currently underway, but as 9.7 remains live. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
