Issue: The Responsibilities List is not working as expected in web. Although responsibilities can be successfully created, they are not being listed as expected. This issue persists across version 11.2 and 11.3, with MS SQL being utilized. Please find the attached word document consisting screenshot and trace file for reference.

Product version: Axpert 11.3.1

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
