In the 32-bit Axpert 9.7 executable, Axpert is not inserting records into the SendPkts table for certain. Please investigate and resolve this at the earliest for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
