Local path (eg. C:/) should not be used and the dynamic path is a combination of axp_imagepath (Global variable) + dcN_imagepath(field in tstruct)
When we define the global variable, use a shared path like \\serverpath.. and it should have access to IUSR and IIS_USERS for web if needed.

I also have the same issue, and I compliant since last year, they are taking trace files, case scenarios but no fix...

so due to the project situation, I moved the below solution.

just simply define only one field "dcN_image"

The system will store the file below path "\\serverpath\transid\recordid-filename"
