Please see the attached screenshot. The PDF document displays a caption on the website, but when I open it, the page appears blank, even though the backend record is available. Could you please investigate this issue and assist with a resolution?

Could you please verify if the download folder in the Axpert web directory has the appropriate permissions? If not, kindly grant the necessary permissions and confirm.
