We successfully upload grids with up to 300 line items, but we encounter an unexpected error when attempting to upload more than this. Additionally, we are unable to generate a trace. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as we are preparing for the go-live. I have attached an image of the issue for your reference.
The issue appears to be related to a timeout. You can use the desktop application to upload the files, as the process tends to take longer on the web version, which is likely causing the error.
We have provided the necessary details for the customer. Is there a possible fix for this issue?
Tstruct grids cannot handle a large load effectively, so you may need to adjust the approach to perform the task in two steps for the web.
It would be helpful if you could explain the process for proceeding further. Additionally, I have an Excel file with 300 records, each containing 1 or 2 lines in the grid. The import process is randomly handling only 100 to 120 records and then encountering the following issue. We are also unable to trace the problem.
