We are experiencing a hyperlink issue in Axpert 11.3 (Mobile). When attempting to open a Tstructs via hyperlink from a report, it loads indefinitely without further response. This problem has occurred multiple times. Please provide guidance on resolving this issue.

We have replicated the issue on our end, but it cannot be reproduced externally. Could you clear the Redis cache and re-check?
