Could you please explain the error 'ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded'? I encountered this issue after using Axpert for about 15 minutes while assisting a user. Please find the screenshot of the error attached for your reference.

This issue is related to Oracle. Please see the details below and take the necessary actions. Before proceeding, make sure to back up your file. To resolve this, you can increase the open_cursors limit by editing the PFILE (init.ora) and then restarting the database.
