I’ve attached issues related to card creation. The card report created in the developer environment contains data as shown in the SQL query (4.jpg), but a "No data found" error (1.jpg) appears in run mode.

Please find the below details:
Database: SQL Server
Version Details: See attached (2.jpg).

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
