The m_company and m_branch fields in the global variables are not functioning on the web, preventing the company and branch from displaying on the screens. Consequently, we are unable to proceed with the process. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Verify if the company is listed under the application parameters on the web. If it is, select the company and check its status. If the company is not listed, navigate to the global variable screen and re-save the global variable in the desktop application. Then, clear the in-memory database on the web and check again.
