The "Upload Profile Picture" feature in the application is currently not functioning. When users attempt to change their profile picture through the "Upload Profile Picture" screen, the image does not update in the designated area. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

This feature is not present in version 11.1 but is available in version 11.3. If the feature is already functioning in your application, it has likely been customized. Please consult with your .NET developer to identify who implemented this for your project and coordinate with the team accordingly.
