[Solved] Issue with Fields Being Cleared When Accessing Stock Report via Hyperlink

While navigating to the Stock Report via a hyperlink, all fields on the current screen/form are unexpectedly cleared, potentially causing workflow disruptions and data loss. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Maintenance
2. Navigate to Transactions
3. Open Pending for Engineering Material Issue.
4. Select ‘ALL’ for all three parameters.
5. Horizontally scroll to the right and click the ‘Raise Material Issue’ hyperlink.
6. From DC2, click the ‘Check Stock Availability’ hyperlink.
7. Close the pop-up screen.
