While testing the latest update, we are encountering the following issues in Fillgrid (both Web and Mobile):

Web: The grid fills with details, but it continues to load indefinitely, even after waiting more than 30 minutes, preventing us from saving or editing.

Mobile: The grid is not filling at all, and there is no option to enter details manually.

As we discussed on our call, the code is currently in release 11; however, the script and structure have not yet been executed or imported. Please proceed with this task and update the patch to version 13 along with the relevant hotfix. Additionally, ensure that the latest DLL is applied. Once you’ve completed these steps, restart IIS, clear the cache, and test the scenario in incognito mode.
