There has been no improvement in system performance. Your immediate attention is required. We will also be generating a ticket for this issue.

During the remote session, we resolved the issue of the system freezing after opening several TStructs from the search. However, I recommend the following for further investigation:

  1. Isolate the developer instance by ensuring only the run site is active on the server.
  2. Multiple axpert.exe processes were observed on the server. On a production server, only the web application should be running.
  3. Monitor the axpertlog table to identify any services taking unusually long (check the timetaken field, which is measured in milliseconds).

Upon reviewing the axpertlog table, I observed a significant delay in the “Get Structure” service.

Typically, this service is called only when the structure is not cached in memory. However, a load time of nearly 2 minutes for the structure is abnormal. We should connect to the instance to investigate this further. Additionally, please verify if the Developer Instance is running, as this could cause the "Get Structure" service to be called for each structure load.

Please advise on how to check for this and how to disable it.
