Issue: Currently, the approval button is not visible in the web instance, whereas it is available and visible in the developer instance. Attached, please find a trace file for your reference, which provides further details regarding this issue.

Product version: Axpert 11.1_release17

The concern has been resolved in latest patch fixed in 11.1.1.0_release18. For further clarification, refer to the release notes.
