An error occurred during the queue call, specifically relating to the ARM connection.

Is this version 11.3.1? If so, have you configured the ARM? If yes, could you host the ARM from IIS and provide a snapshot of this URL: api/v1/ARMAppStatus? Additionally, we need to ensure that Agile Connect is functioning properly, which you can access from IIS.
