We are encountering the error: "Unable to connect to Excel; make sure the given file is a valid Excel file." Although we have downloaded and installed the OLEDB driver, the issue persists. It appears that the OLEDB driver version (32-bit) must match the Axpert version (64-bit), and the bit version of the OLEDB driver should also correspond to the Excel version (32-bit).

Could you please clarify if there are any alternative solutions to resolve this issue? Do we need to install the 64-bit version of Excel, or is there another approach we can take? This matter is urgent, as the client is currently unable to use the Excel functionality due to this error.

It seems there may be a bit mismatch between Axpert and MS Excel. Please verify that both are using the same bit version. If they match, install the corresponding bit version of the Access Database Engine; I have shared the link via WhatsApp.

If there is a mismatch—such as Axpert being 64-bit and Excel being 32-bit—please follow these steps to install the Microsoft Access Database Engine 64-bit:

1. Download the Installer.

2. Open Command Prompt: Run as administrator.

3. Navigate to the Installer Location: Use `cd` to change the directory.
Example:
`cd C:\users\admin\downloads\`

4. Run the Installer: Execute the installer with the `/quiet` or `/qn` parameter.
Example:
`MyInstaller.exe /quiet`
(Replace MyInstaller.exe with the actual filename of the installer.)

5. Wait for Installation: The process will proceed silently.

6. Verify Installation: Check the installation status once completed.
