Assistance Required with SQL POST Issue for Submitting Multiple Records

We are encountering an issue with the SQL POST option, where only a single record is being submitted instead of multiple records from one form to another. This functionality works correctly in other forms with similar setups. We are using the 'TEXT' data type with a size limit of 5000 characters to accommodate multiple records, but despite trying various solutions, we have been unable to identify the underlying issue. Your assistance and insights would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter.

This issue is occurring in the Axpert 9.5 Web Edition (64-bit version).

As discussed, the post is happening, but the failure is due to a date format issue, and the action indicates that Party 3 is missing, which needs to be checked on the specified screen. I suggest duplicating the screen, modifying the fields and queries accordingly, and then testing. Additionally, please compare the working screen with this one, as it appears that some functions might be missing.
