Axpert Login Issue: "Disconnected Because of Another Session" Error

An error popup occurs during Axpert login stating "Disconnected because you have logged into another session". While this issue doesn't occur under the Evaluation License, it appears after activating the Desktop License, despite the user not being logged into any other systems. Please find the screenshot for your reference.

Please verify if this login exists in the connection table. Clear the table and recheck accordingly.

The connections table in that schema does not contain any records. Please find the necessary screenshot.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
