[Solved] Axpert Web and Customer Portal Access Issue

The Axpert Web and Web Scripts (Customer Portal) are currently unavailable. The error message displayed is: "This localhost page cannot be found. Please connect and investigate the issue."

It appears there may be a configuration issue. Please share your AnyDesk ID so we can connect and investigate further.

As we discussed, the issue stems from the inability to start the managed website in IIS because the port is already occupied by another site. Please have your IT team review the port and IIS configuration to address this problem
