Have identified an issue within the application where the Cancel Remarks textbox fails to appear when canceling a transaction. The steps to reproduce the problem are as follows:
1. Log in to the application.
2. Search for Stock Addition.
3. Load the transaction from the list view (Cancel = F).
4. Click on the 9dots and then click the Cancel button.
Despite successfully canceling the transaction, the Cancel Remarks textbox does not appear as expected.
