An issue with duplicate rows appearing in the grid. The developer hasn't made any changes to the definition, and it seems to be affecting only a subset of users, not all. It's important to note that this problem emerged after applying Patch 10.9.1.1 releases 1 through 4.

The product team has advised, " please apply the latest patch to resolve the issue"
