Discrepancy in Packet Records

Issue: I have attached images of the sendpkts and recevpkts table records for your reference. While these packets were successfully sent from the site location and received at the HO SERVER with a status of 'success,' the corresponding records are not appearing in the respective table (ACCOUNTSHDR).
In a previous instance, regeneration of the packets was necessary for the records to be added to the ACCOUNTSHDR table. However, consistent challenges were encountered with the regeneration process.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the release.
