An issue is occuring with the List View design. After saving the design, the alignment is not proper, and column alignment issues arise. The saved design is not reflecting as intended.

It appears that after making design changes in the list view, the expected modifications are not visible. Despite performing the design updates, the list view remains unchanged. Need to clear the cache or temporary files to eliminate any potential caching issues that may be preventing the updated design from being displayed.
