Display Issues with Axpert Web 11.3

We are experiencing serious issues with Axpert Web 11.3. Initially, there were problems with data not displaying correctly, and now users are reporting that some columns are intermittently missing from the grid. Notably, clearing the cache resolves this issue temporarily, causing the missing columns to reappear. Please find attached screenshots that demonstrate the issue before and after clearing the cache.

Is this issue happening randomly? Is it limited to a specific user, or is it affecting all users? Have you checked the scenario on your end with admin credentials?

Yes, this issue occurs randomly and affects all users, including admins. I have attached a attachment demonstrating the problem. In the video, the list view is initially not displaying, but it appears correctly after clearing the cache.
