[Solved] Document Attachment Issues on New Server Setup

The application has been set up on a new server, but there are issues with attaching documents via the web interface, though it works fine on the desktop app. Please advise if there are additional configuration steps needed. Please find the attached document for your reference.

Could you please clarify where the attachment is saved—whether in the file path or the database? If it's stored in the file path, kindly check its accessibility in the browser. If it isn't accessible, please grant the necessary permissions and verify.
