[Solved] Dropdown Data Missing in Axpert 11.3.1 Web Version

We are encountering an issue with the Axpert 11.3.1 Web version.

On certain screens, the dropdown data for select fields is not being displayed, although it appears correctly in the advanced search option. However, the data is displayed properly on the Desktop version of the same screen. This issue is critical and is halting our work.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

As discussed, we have tested the same scenario in our instance, and it is functioning correctly. It also works for other users in your instance. However, the data is not populating for the specific user, Raghu. Please verify that the data for him is correctly mapped.

Please review the autocomplete trace for both the dropdown and the advanced search. This will allow us to compare the generated queries and the parameter values used.
