Several screens have been noticed duplicated with the same transid in the developer environment. Kindly investigate and provide a solution for this issue. Please find the necessary screenshots attached.

Please find the workaround solution for the issue:

Backup the axpdef_tstruct table in the developer schema.
Retain only the latest created and modified data for duplicated transids.
After removing duplicate entries, establish a unique constraint for the ntransid field in axpdef_tstruct.
