We have been using your ERP software for the past two months without any issues until yesterday. Unfortunately, since this morning, the software has been malfunctioning. We are unable to access it, and it is taking an excessive amount of time to load. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
This issue seems to be related to network connectivity. As discussed, the application performs well on your mobile network but becomes slow and experiences timeouts during ping tests when connected via Wi-Fi. I’ve attached the application status for both mobile and Wi-Fi connections for your reference.
Please note that the application operates without issues in India, suggesting this may be a network or ISP-related problem. Could you please consult with your IT administrator to help resolve this?
The ERP is functioning well in both the Accounts and HR departments, and it has been operating correctly since this morning.
