An issue encountered with the Navigation Button functionality when opening entries from the Report (Iview) hyperlink in version 10.9 of our system.
Upon clicking the Navigation Button once or twice, an error message is displayed, indicating a malfunction in the navigation process. Interestingly, this problem was not present in version 9.7, where the Navigation Button worked properly.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
