I/O Error Issue in Axpert 10.9 with Multiple User Logins on the Same PC

Issue Description:
When a user attempts to log in to multiple instances of Axpert on the same PC, an I/O error occurs. It's worth noting that this functionality was working seamlessly in earlier versions, particularly in Axpert 10.8.

The concern has been resolved in latest exe. For further clarification, refer to the release notes.
