We are experiencing an issue with IIS consuming a significant amount of memory (see the attached screenshot—our system has 16 GB of RAM). This high memory usage is causing our Oracle connection to drop, requiring us to restart the Oracle services each time. This problem did not occur in the previous web version. Since transitioning to Axpert 11.3 Web, all users (approximately 60-70) are actively using the system, which may be contributing to the issue. In TOAD, we are encountering "out of memory" errors, and we also face difficulties connecting to remote desktop at times. Please investigate this matter and assist us in resolving it as soon as possible
