Issue in Web version 11.2.1: when clicking a hyperlink in cards to open Tstruct, navigating back to the home page, and subsequently clicking the same or another hyperlink, the expected error alert "You have unsaved data. Do you want to proceed?" is not displaying as anticipated.

According to the product team comments, please ensure that they correctly applied the patches and adhered to the patch application instructions. If the issue persists, investigate whether any customizations have been made at the code level.
