In Axpert 11.3 Web (Release 12), we encounter an issue where dependent tstructs do not function or display data correctly after updating master data until the DB memory is cleared. For instance, a supplier master created yesterday appeared as an invalid selection in the invoice today. Clearing the cache resolved the issue
Following our discussion in yesterday's meeting, we identified that the issues are linked to dependencies. During our review of the execution trace, we observed a problem with the parent bound field. Please enable the execution trace on your end and investigate the reported issue. Additionally, we have provided workarounds for some of the issues—kindly review these and let us know your feedback.
As requested, could you also share the URL? Since you indicated that the functionality was working in the previous version, please provide the trace logs for both version 9.x and version 11 for comparison.
